By using lumiventario.com you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully; they cover, among other things, copyright on articles, liability and the applicable law.

1. Scope

These terms apply to any use of lumiventario.com and its connected subdomains. Additional conditions only apply when agreed in writing, for example for partner publications with Dutch educational institutions.

2. Content and copyright

All editorial texts, illustrations and data visualisations are protected by copyright and owned by Stichting Lumiventario or the original creator. Reuse is permitted for educational and research purposes with credit; commercial use requires prior written permission.

3. Liability

The editors accept no liability for damage arising from decisions based solely on these publications. For policy decisions please refer to the competent authority.

Our articles may refer to publications by Dutch energy companies, knowledge institutions or government services. We do not run those external pages and are not responsible for their content, privacy policy or availability.

5. Newsletter and forms

Subscription to the Eco-newsletter is voluntary and free of charge. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email. The data you provide in the contact form is used solely to answer your question and activate your subscription.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms when legislation or the operation of the site requires it. Material changes are announced at least fourteen days in advance through the newsletter and on this page.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed exclusively by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam, unless mandatory law designates another court.
